This form allows AWBC to complete a preliminary review before introducing you to GoodBread to complete a loan application. Submitting this form does not guarantee a loan. To be eligible, your business must be registered as an LLC, S-Corp, or C-Corp (single-member LLCs are eligible) and have a separate business bank account.
