Chelsea Berson | Summer 2026 Intern

Chelsea is an intern at the Association of Women’s Business Centers, where she supports programmatic initiatives and engages with AWBC’s nationwide member network to help advance opportunities for women entrepreneurs and small business owners.

She is a rising senior at Lehigh University pursuing a dual degree in Economics and Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, along with a minor in Creative Writing. On campus, Chelsea serves as an equity representative and liaison at the Gender, Leadership, and Empowerment Center. She is also the Editor-in-Chief of the feminist magazine In Her Birthday Suit and has been recognized with Lehigh University’s Williams Prize for both poetry and short fiction. Chelsea is a recipient of Lehigh’s highly selective Soaring Together Scholarship, which celebrates students who demonstrate academic excellence and a commitment to advancing gender equity.

She is deeply passionate about advocacy, equity work, and creating inclusive spaces both on and off campus. Outside of her academic and professional work, she enjoys playing club field hockey and spending time with friends, family, and dogs.
