Registrations received after the hotel booking deadline of August 19, 2024 will be subject to a $100 late fee.
Due to constraints of the food and beverage and other logistics, the refund policy is as follows:
60 Day before event: Full Refund
30 Days before event: 50% Refund
Less than 30 Days: Non-Refundable
