Meet Paden Sickles: Army Veteran, Founder of SickFit, Veteran Business Accelerator Graduate

We are proud to introduce you to Paden Sickles, founder of SickFit and a recent graduate of the January 2026 SOAR Veteran Business Accelerator, offered through the Association of Women’s Business Centers in partnership with TikTok Shop

A U.S. Army Veteran who served from 2014–2024, Paden has brought the same discipline and resilience she lived by in uniform into building her high-performance sock company, turning real-world experience into products that help athletes, professionals, and everyday doers perform at their best.

About the Business: SickFit

Based in Arlington, Texas, SickFit is a Dallas-based performance sock company specializing in high-quality compression socks designed to improve circulation, reduce fatigue, and support long days on your feet.

Built from military discipline and real-world wear testing, SickFit products are engineered for durability, recovery, and all-day performance. The company serves athletes, professionals, everyday doers, and high-performing teams who need gear that works as hard as they do.

Paden built SickFit because she lived the problem firsthand.

“I built SickFit because I lived the problem — long days on my feet in the military with gear that was never designed to truly support performance or recovery. What makes our products unique is that they are engineered from real-world pressure, combining disciplined design, durability, and compression that actually works when it matters most.”

SickFit’s tagline says it best: Built Different.
