Today, millions of women witnessed the breaking of a glass ceiling with the inauguration of Kamala Harris, our nation’s first female vice president. The Association of Women’s Business Centers will steadfastly work with the Biden Administration to support the women of today and future generations she is sure to have inspired to follow their dreams. Nation-wide, there are 136 women’s business centers ready to assist women entrepreneurs in this uncertain time and we look forward to the resources and policies the Biden Administration will bring to bear for them.

Business Leaders and Main Street Business Owners Voice Support Inflation Reduction Act

Over the weekend, the Senate passed its version of the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan (ARP). The House of Representatives will vote today (Tuesday) on the Senate-passed version of the bill. Following this vote, the bill will be sent to President Biden’s desk for his signature early next week.
